Custom Printed Products

All products sold through our website are custom-made and produced specifically to each customer's requirements. Every order, including artwork and design elements, is prepared and approved by the customer before production begins.

By approving your design proof and placing an order, you confirm that all details, including artwork, text, colours, sizing, quantities, and specifications, are correct.

No Returns or Refunds for Approved Custom Orders

As all products are personalised and manufactured specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Spelling, grammar, or content errors approved by the customer

• Colour variations caused by screen displays or monitor settings

• Delays caused by customer approval processes

• Orders that have already entered production

Damaged or Defective Products

We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects, printing errors, or products damaged during delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team and providing:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

After reviewing the claim, we may, at our discretion:

• Reprint the affected products at no additional cost; or

• Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate.

Quality Assurance

We strive to ensure all products meet our quality standards. If a printing or manufacturing error occurs that differs from the approved artwork proof, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
